Blank Noise has been building testimonies of clothing to end sexual and gender based violence since 2004. Exhibit sites include college campuses including Srishti Institute of Art Design and Technology, Grinnel College USA, city streets including Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore, Ars Electronica, Linz Austria (2005) , Kitab Mahal, Mumbai (2006) , Mueller Bhavan/ Goethe Institute (2007 and 2016), India Habitat Center (2007), Abrons Art Center, New York ( 2017), Ford Foundation Gallery (2019).

I Never Ask For It has also been shared at the India Habitat Center in 2006, in association with PSBT. The installation was built by Delhi Action Heroes, Blank Noise.
I Never Ask For It garments have been part of several protests and movements led by feminist collectives and organisations. In 2012, a component of One Billion Rising Kolkata walked the streets with garment testimonials. Delhi Action Sheroes collaborated with One Billion Rising Delhi and installed garments there.
